Tamper-proof record
Dispensing records cannot be updated or deleted. Corrections are processed as a separate adjustment line rather than overwriting the original record.
Loss detection
Counter totals, tank level reconciliation and litres per operating hour per machine are monitored together; unexplained variance triggers an alert.
Sign-off chain
Shift start, shift end and 24-hour distribution are closed with authorised sign-off; paper records are attached to the system.
Works without internet
The device authorises from its own memory; records accumulate on the device offline and sync when connection returns.
Subcontractor and rental split
Each dispensing records who bears the fuel cost; period-end breakdown by counterparty is available.

Identity is read
The pump operator scans their key fob; the machine reads the tank antenna. Where tags are not used, authorised user code is entered.

Counter value and machine operating hours are recorded; the device grants authorisation itself.

The record is signed on the device and transferred to the server; approved periods cannot be changed later.

Does the device work without internet?
Yes. Authorisation uses the approved list in the device's own memory; records accumulate on the device and transfer when connection is established.
Can it connect to our existing counter?
The device supports RS-485, RS-232 and two-wire protocols. The connection layer is selected according to the counter model.
Can it be used without the equipment program?
Yes. Reper Flux is a standalone product. When purchased with Reper Axis, fuel costs automatically reflect in machine costs.
