Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about the platform and Reper Axis (heavy equipment management) — factual and up to date.
Platform
Where is data stored?
Hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Each customer runs in an isolated database; cross-border transfer is explained in our GDPR and KVKK texts.
Is the number of users limited?
No. Plans include unlimited users; scope is based on the number of machines.
How is pricing determined?
Based on machine count and the selected modules. Request a written quote via the contact form.
How long does setup take?
Your workspace opens quickly. Import your machine list via Excel/CSV and start field entry on day one.
What is the contract term?
The standard commercial model is an annual licence; scope is reviewed at renewal.
Can we export or delete our data?
Reports download as Excel, CSV and PDF. Data export can be requested at contract end; deletion and retention are defined in the agreement.
Reper Axis
Does it work when there is no internet in the field?
Yes. Fault, meter, inspection and fuel records are queued on the device and sent automatically once connectivity returns.
Do operators need to install an app?
No. The QR code on the machine is scanned with the phone camera and the action screen opens directly in the browser.
Which telemetry systems does it work with?
Working hours and location can be pulled from your telematics provider and OEM portals (ISO 15143-3 / AEMP 2.0); the connection is set up after a technical review, and authorization stays with your own account. Manual meter entry is always available.
Can we migrate our existing machine data?
Excel import is available for machine, meter, oil and maintenance history. The support team helps with custom formats.
Can we see who changed what?
Yes. Critical actions and exports are written to the audit trail and kept for 180 days.
How is support provided?
An in-app user guide and email support are available. Our team is with you throughout setup, data migration and training.
