Operating hours, fuel and location data are pulled automatically from telemetry providers; maintenance triggers and fuel reconciliation run on this data. The provider connection is defined per project.
Telemetry providers
The Seyir Mobil connection is live. Caterpillar VisionLink, Volvo CareTrack, Volvo Connect, Komatsu Komtrax, Hitachi ConSite, John Deere JDLink, Liebherr LiDAT, Sandvik, Ammann, Putzmeister, Mercedes Fleetboard, MAN RIO, Scania and Eresense are on the roadmap.
Fuel pump automation via device API
Pump fills are written directly to the system with a device API key; repeated submissions do not create duplicate records and the tank level is updated.
Excel and PDF export
Machine lists and all reports can be downloaded as Excel or PDF; export actions are written to the audit trail.
Data migration and onboarding support
Machine, meter, oil and maintenance history are imported from Excel; the support team helps with custom formats.
The connection infrastructure for roadmap providers is ready; rollout is scheduled based on customer demand. Manual meter entry is always available.
FAQ
What if our telemetry provider is not on the list?
Meter readings can be entered from the field via QR code, from the bulk quick-entry screen or via Excel. You can send us your new provider request through the contact form.
Can the same machine have both telemetry and manual entry?
Yes. Telemetry, QR and bulk entry all flow into the same meter history; every reading is tracked with a source label.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Excel import is supported for machine, meter, oil and maintenance history; the migration is planned together during onboarding.
