Integration: with an ERP or without one
Reper Axis works fully on its own. When you need it, it connects to SAP, your own systems, machine manufacturer portals and fuel automation.

A versioned, documented API. Key scope, IP allowlist and expiry are managed, and the change feed reads without missing a record.
Webhooks
Events reach your system as signed notifications, and failed deliveries are retried.
Excel data import
Sixteen import types; move your existing data with templates, a preview and an error-row report.
Machine manufacturer portals
Working hours and location can be pulled from manufacturer portals that support ISO 15143-3 (AEMP). Access runs through your own manufacturer account; the connection is set up after a technical discovery.
Fuel automation
The connection to on-site pump and tank automation is set up after a technical discovery; fills are written straight into the system, and resending never creates duplicates.

Works fully without an ERP
Integration is not a prerequisite. If you have no ERP, every process from request to invoice runs end to end in Reper Axis. If you do, the same steps connect to your external system through integration.
