Every customer runs in its own database; data from different companies is never kept in the same table.
Role- and project-based permissions
Users see only the companies, projects and modules they are assigned to. Viewing costs, managing stock and reading the audit trail are separate permissions.
180-day audit trail
Create, update, delete, status change, login and export actions are stored with who did them and when.
Daily backups
The database is backed up every day; new releases are rolled out while the application stays online.
Frankfurt, Europe data center
Servers are hosted in the European region, communication is encrypted with HTTPS and sessions are refreshed whenever permissions change.
Module-based licensing
Modules disabled in the license do not appear in the menu; an enabled module can be narrowed further with role-based exceptions.
FAQ
Is our data stored in the same place as other companies data?
No. A separate database is created for every company and users sign in only to their own workspace.
Can we see who changed what?
Yes. Critical actions as well as Excel and PDF exports are written to the audit trail and kept for 180 days.
Can we run it under our own domain?
Yes. A subdomain with your company name or a domain owned by your company can be used. Contact us for on-premises deployment requests.
