Spare parts and tires, tied to the machine’s record
The right part goes to the right machine, and every item used is written to machine cost through the work order. Tires are tracked by serial number, with how long they have run on which machine.

How the work flows on site
Define the cards
Parts and tires enter the system with machine type compatibility.
Link to the work order
The technician picks only parts that fit that machine.
Usage is tracked
A part hits cost when the job completes; a tire is followed from mounting to removal.
Gaps are filled
A low critical part raises an alert and a request opens from the work order.
Modules in this capability
Spare Parts
Parts on work orders, maintenance program links and machine cost
Machine type compatibility
Every part card carries the machine types it fits. Adding the wrong part to a work order is prevented from the outset.
Integrated with work orders
The part is reserved when the work order opens and consumed to machine cost when the job completes. Available quantity is read from the stock record.
Weighted average cost
Consumed parts are costed from the weighted average built from stock receipts. The parts column in the machine cost report stays correct by itself.

Tire Management
Tire life through fitting, tread depth and event history
Configuration templates
The axle and position layout arrives ready per machine group. Fittings recorded against the wrong position become rare.
Viewed on site with a QR code
Scanning the machine's QR code shows the tire configuration, the fitting status and the last tread depth. The field team learns the tire's condition standing next to the machine.
Tread depth trend
The slope of successive measurements shows when a tire will run out. The changeover downtime goes into the plan ahead of time.
