Reper Ops

Traceable purchasing from request to invoice

A need no longer arrives by phone and disappears. The request is opened, quotes are collected, approval follows amount authority and the order is tracked through to the invoice. Without an ERP, the process finishes inside Reper Axis.

How the work flows on site

  1. Request opened

Opened on a form that fits the need, linked to a work order or a machine.

  2. Approved

The approval chain runs by amount, priority and category.

  3. Quotes collected

A request for quotation goes to suppliers as a PDF email and replies gather in one place.

  4. Decision made

Lines are compared side by side and a supplier is chosen per line.

  5. Order and invoice

Order, goods receipt and invoice are matched; a variance beyond tolerance goes to extra approval.

Material Requests

Material Requests

Request flow by type, unit and conditional approval

Requests by type

Spare parts, construction materials, fuel, consumables, PPE and general requests open as separate types. Each type shows its own fields.

Unit and supervisor

Requesting unit and supervisor are stored on the record. Approval and notification targets follow this structure.

Conditional approval chain

Steps assign person, role, unit head or cost centre owner. Amount, priority and category rules, SLA, escalation and delegation apply.

Requests and Procurement

Follow every step from quote to order, goods receipt and invoice

Request for quotation and collection

Open a numbered request for quotation and email suppliers with the PDF attached. Incoming quotes are revised and kept together in one list.

Decisions line by line

The comparison form PDF shows every line side by side. You can split one request across several suppliers when that is the better deal.

Amount authority and approval

Per-person limits cover document type, amount, currency and scope across company, project or cost center. Delegation is built in; a delegate does not take over the top approver right to approve their own request.
